Right of withdrawal for purchases of goods and subscriptions for goods
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days. When purchasing a good, it begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, take possession of the good. If you order several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately, it begins on the day possession of the last good is taken. If a good is delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, it begins when possession of the last partial shipment or piece is taken. For a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period, it begins when possession of the first good is taken.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Moodsup GmbH, Opernring 1/E/224–227, 1010 Vienna, Austria, email: office@moodsup.at, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not compulsory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. This excludes additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to Moodsup GmbH, Opernring 1/E/224–227, 1010 Vienna, Austria, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only if that loss of value results from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exceptions for goods
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that may deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would soon be exceeded. For sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of withdrawal ceases if the seal is removed after delivery. This applies only where the statutory requirements are actually met. Merely opening the outer packaging is not sufficient if the protective seals of the individual stick sachets remain intact. Statutory rights in the event of defects remain in place.
Free reservations
Free reservations are free of charge and do not oblige you to buy. You may cancel a reservation at any time without giving any reason and at no cost, for example by emailing office@moodsup.at. For a subsequent order through your personal payment link, the right of withdrawal for purchases of goods and subscriptions for goods described above applies. Club Kits require a separate, expressly confirmed subscription checkout.
Reservations already paid for before 17 September 2026
For a €5.99 reservation paid for before 17 September 2026, you have the right to withdraw from the reservation contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement using the contact details above. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw from the reservation contract, we will reimburse all payments received for it without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as for your payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise, and will not charge any fees for doing so.
The reservation payment will be credited in full towards the first product payment for a subsequent product order placed separately by you. No automatic charge takes place. Club Kits require a separate, expressly confirmed subscription checkout. Cancellation and reimbursement terms already promised for earlier reservations remain unaffected.
