Right of withdrawal for purchases and product subscriptions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days. For a purchase of goods, it starts on the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods. If several goods ordered in one order are delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received. If goods are delivered in several consignments or pieces, it starts when the last consignment or piece is received. For a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a defined period, it starts when the first goods are received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform Moodsup GmbH, Opernring 1/E/224–227, 1010 Vienna, Austria, email: office@moodsup.at, of your decision by an unambiguous statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your notice. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method are excluded.

We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise, and will not charge a fee. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods to Moodsup GmbH, Opernring 1/E/224–227, 1010 Vienna, Austria, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after notifying us. Sending them before the deadline is sufficient. You bear the direct cost of return shipping.

You are liable only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions for goods

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. For sealed goods unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, the right ends when the seal is removed after delivery, but only where the statutory conditions are met. Opening the outer packaging alone does not remove the right while the protective seals on individual stick sachets remain intact. Statutory rights concerning defects remain unaffected.

Right of withdrawal for reservations

For the €5.99 reservation, you have the right to withdraw from the reservation contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day the reservation contract is concluded.

Inform us using the contact details above by an unambiguous statement before the period expires. If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received for the reservation without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your notice, using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise and without fees.

The reservation payment is credited in full towards the first product payment if you later place a separate product order. There is no automatic charge. Club Kits require a separate, expressly confirmed subscription checkout. New reservations do not include an additional voluntary cancellation right beyond statutory withdrawal rights. Cancellation and refund terms already promised for earlier reservations remain unaffected.
